What Tom probably meant is that you misspelled "obvious" as "obvlivious" thinking that "obvious" was the right word and just happening to misspell it into a word that worked in context. But two wrongs don't make a right. You need to a)get a college education, or b)keep a dictionary and manual of style nearby at all times if you plan to continue posting on this message board.

If you read my above posts, I have reiterated twice why I misspelled the expression "per se". Apparently you ignored that.

My apologies to Tom, but he was the one being obnoxious by correcting each post I did for silly reasons. Why are you so quick to jump to his defense? My response to ironyengine was't mean't to incite any antagonism. You take my reaction far too seriously. Honestly I don't care what anyone says or does on this board because I don't know any of you.

By the way, I do have a college education, and I don't need a dictionary. If the people who want to police these boards have to be petty in this way then what is the point of posting? Kind of takes the fun out of it.

Um. Don't worry about it. This forum is full of dorks who are dorks in all ways. We say stupid sarcastic shit to each other all the time. No one is being petty. No one really really cares if you phrase something incorrectly. We're just dorks. Really. Don't worry about it.

Is there a Big Black sleeve that features a morgue photo of the head of a man which has been stoved in two by an axe? I think a friend showed me this once.

This artwork made a big impression on me. If I close my eyes I can still see it.

There some things that, once seen, can never be unseen.

I do not believe your explanation for why you misspelled "per se." It sounds like a cop out, saying that you "were tired." I think the truth is that you just didn't know how to spell it, and the sooner you admit it and apologize, the sooner we can all move passed this ordeal and continue with the intended discussion.

But perhaps that will not happen until you get a college education.

Thank you,

Andrew

SIGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!

:axe:

Andrew,

We will have to agree to disagree as the tired cliche goes.
Actually I will be in my senior year this fall, so you all give me real hope. I just want everyone to know that

That was a joke btw, just so I don't offend anyone
