I parked in the same EXACT spot all three days. Right next to the bp--less than five minutes. Besly!

Oh, BURN.
Or, as Tipcat and I would say (being highschoolers in NYC in the 80's):
Oh, DIP.
I am sitting in my chair, back here at home, and bummed I will miss this show. I will eat my taquitos for dinner and cry a river of tears.

Awesome Show.
Rob was awesome and let us in early, because it was raining, and we were 1400 miles from home.
Also, I believe Uzeda are the nicest people on Earth.

Shellac and Uzeda just left HiFi cafe here in Bay View for Minneapolis, and I'm exhausted, and our cats miss the Italians already.
The show was about as good as shows go, as far as I'm concerned. The venue was attractive, the acoustics good, the people in the bands and the audience present were both composed of great people I wanted to talk to, the selections in the bands' sets made me happy, and both the sound and the performances were top-notch.
Both bands won new fans and were fucking entertaining as hell. The Shellac End of Radio song was completely nailed, spot on, a highlight for me. Uzeda's brutal brilliance reminded me why I've spent so much of my life immersed in various facets of music.
I'm approaching 40 and there's still magic in all this for me. I feel lucky to have been present at that show. To this day there's sincerity that's undeniable in the way those performers in Shellac and Uzeda deliver the goods. It rejuvenates, inspires.
For the record, in 1994 a lot of ideas seemed bright, which history proved of dubious value. Never regretted nerding out that LC number for an album title.

Rob, you've said everything I wanted to say, but with far more eloquence.
Great show. There are very, very few bands that can so completely hold my attention, and Shellac has done it every time I've seen them. Thank you for organizing the show Rob, and thank you to Shellac for playing, and hope everybody in Minneapolis has a lovely time tonight as well.
Redline, your banter with the band is always a nice highlight.
Mandroid, DrAwkward, and Rachael! Salut! It's the best thing ever to meet more cool local/soon to be local peeps.
