Well I am sure there are a lot of people traveling a lot further than the 1 mile I will be traveling to Sleeping Village, ha

I love that venue. Goldilocks size, great layout and sound, great beer selection, 1 mile from my house. Everyone loves that place too though so I have missed out by being too slow on the draw more than once. You guys are in good company in that regard!

Tix for Chicago here.
We are also bringing this lineup to Milwaukee the following night at Acme Records, with MM and RM flip-flopped. Same time, but All Ages and FREE.

Gonna try to make it out to The Burlington show on Friday.

I almost asked how to get tickets (I went to The Burlington web site first...) but then realized that I am stupid and you included the link above. I dumb.

EDIT: ticket acquired, see you all there

If anyone is going to Nick Cave Aril 29th, and if the guitar player is playing a Taylor acoustic, can you tell me how it sounded?

Three Grebes (my group with Beth McDonald and Franki Hand) will be playing at Burlington on June 20th with Kalamazoo's own Overly Polite Tornados, as well as Chicago's Panda Riot. Another band called Morvern Hum is playing as well (sorry, not familiar with them--will do my homework before the show).

The Grebes will be joined on stage that night by our dear friend Leah, with whom we made an album recently.
