No. They mean we were asked to play the TG anniversary show. And since we want to be "good" for that show, and we all happened to be free during the 2 weeks preceding it, we figured we'd play a bunch of shows to whip us into shape.

Shellac shows have never and will never have any correlation to record releases. We tour when we have the inclination and free time.

Bob: I sent you an email about the Grey Eagle and the harvest records boys some time ago (Maybe March). Did they put this together? I was just wondering if my email was one of the reasons for a Grey Eagle show. That would be exciting. Especially on a shot-in-the-dark with a band that everyone says "never tours". When I saw the Knox/Ashe dates I almost flipped. What a way to end the summer. Whether it was pre-meditated or not-- You made my day, man.
