This record has been giving me a lot of please recently as well.

Also The New Year's The End is Near, Nina Nastasia's Dogs, and the new Uzeda. All great records!

i know he's a big favorite for a lot of people, but i can't help but think that he's a big hack, and up until a few days ago i don't think i ever enjoyed anything he did. i guess it's just all subjective. or maybe it was the situation in which i listened to the record.

It's pretty much a throwaway, which means it's really great Jon Spencer - reminds me of the crazier stuff he did on the first few JSBX albums. The CD version is called "The Man Who Lives For Love" for some reason.
