Don't forget, the clubs get a cut of that. Billions Corp gets a cut of that (for management, promoting, whatever). Think about how much it cost them to ship all those cases across the country. Think about how much it cost for airfare, assuming they flew and didn't drive. If they drove, hell, think about gas. The sound guy. The *ahem* lighting guy. Some kinda insurance, I'm sure. Then take whatever's left and don't forget you're dividing it up between multiple people in the band. Then don't forget that nobody paid any of them a penny for the month they spent practicing every day. Then shut the fuck up.

Yes he did. I know of at least two other people who auditioned in addition to Todd.

To me Todd was the obvious choice (because he's played so much with Brian McMahan and Dave Pajo and because I think he's really good), but the other two guys were both great bass players too, so I'm sure it wasn't an easy decision.
