Bacon vs. Garlic

Flaming Christ. I would have done bacon vs. chocolate, which are in my mind the two of the most perfect flavors on earth.
Still, garlic wins by a wide margin. While it needs to be paired with other foods for fullest effect, I don't think there is a better enhancer of flavor extant. There is no substitute for it. The flavor of bacon is perfect in every way, but everything else about it is just horrible - the ultimate culinary guilty pleasure, the tobacco of meats. Not that I'm giving it up any time soon.
