I highly suggest finding some hobby that you always wanted to do, but never had the time to and throwing yourself into it

I took up painting after the end of a long reletionship, I love it even though I totally suck at it. but I would have never had the time for it if I was still dating that person... and now I can paint... uld

After six years of marriage, I got divorced this past August. At the time it was happening I found two things to be quite helpful:

1. Talking about it with women.
2. Taking long solitary walks at night.

Things have definitely worked out for the best for me. I’m as happy as I’ve ever been. I hope the same for you FMajcinek and geiginni. Feel free to PM if you want to discuss anything specific.
