Yours is only the second I've ever heard of.DFTR talked about them a while back. They aren't too common. There are two Montineri Brothers, Joe and Paul. Paul lives not too far from me on the Northeast side of ATL. Not sure where Joe lives. Joe used to work at Keller and helped develop their mahogany 3-ply w/re-rings shell that is their take on the '50s and '60s Ludwigs that we all love so much. Joe still takes orders for custom kits and builds a couple a year, though a friend just had the experience of paying in full for a kit and then sitting around waiting on it so long that he sold his place in line and bought a new set of USA Custom Gretsch drums. The custom snares are out there if you're looking and they're great sounding snares with good hardware on them. Paul will retouch bearing edges on your old drums if you ever need it. He's done a couple of kits for me. Dude loves him some Donald Trump, though, so yeah. There's that.

Just bought a kit at a pawn shop. Seemed like a good deal, but I'm not sure what kind of Ludwig it is.Any help identifying would be appreciated.5 Piece: 22, 10, 12, 14, with snare.Came with cymbals (sabian xs20) and stands. The guy said that he thought there was a cymbal bag to go with it, and came back with a Road Runner hard case for the bass, RR bags for the rest, and a 24 inch cymbal bag. I thought it was a good deal without the bags anyway so that was a bit of a bonus.
