51I joined a gym right near my house, been going as near to every day as possible for the last few weeks, doing about 50 minutes of cardio and then circuit training. I can't really think about dieting cause it's triggering to my eating disorders .. but avoiding sugars and white breads completely should help out and, like my favorite nutritionist I've ever had said, just eat twice as many vegetables as you were gonna.I wanna be here:Not here:
