I found SOMETHING online about Nash Kato doing the original version of Racer X (the one with the run-over dog)

Not to be anal but the original Racer X artwork involved race cars and the reissue artwork was the one with the dog. I know this because I have both versions, one purchased in the late 80's, and one in the 90's. The original artwork could not be found when it came time to reissue it. I know this because I asked Steve after a Shellac show years ago because I'm a big geek like that and must bother musicians I enjoy for meaningless little details.

Doesn't the Atomizer cover and title remind anyone else of the Martian character from Bugs Bunny cartoons? I always assumed that was the reference.
it's not the length, it's the gersch

Jay Ryan, now I know why your name sounds familiar to me. I have a couple of your prints, which I love, and visited your bird machine site frequently a couple years ago or so. I think my old age is catching up to me. Anyway, you sure do make nice art.
