I finished Okami, and what I said earlier pretty much applies. It is beautiful, surreal, funny and eventually quite moving in a soppy fashion.

I also played on my friend's PS3 that new Flow game - really very hypnotic. Someone described it as Pacman on ketamine, which works for me.

I also played Resistance: Fall of Man and Motor Storm, which were impressive to look at, average to play.

there's a major update to a game i was competing in for several years. my team played catpure the flag. the team is still around, but we're all too old to take it seriously anymore. i started playing it again, but only for fun. i get to school all the newbs and play with old skewlers who i can trust to run n' gun with.

that game would be urban terror, a q3 mod. if you play this game, i will own you. check it out, it's free and it's stand alone: www.urbanterror.net.

Studying!

I have one week of "break," during which I have to convert the back bedroom to a nursery, start the law review application process, and prepare for classes which start on Monday! So... I haven't been around much. But now that finals are over, I'll probably be around more again.
Why do you make it so scary to post here.

By the by, I'm pretty sure God Hand sells for $20 now. You folks with PS2s who like walk-and-punch games should pick it up. It is the best game of 2006.

God Hand is in my "to-play" list, along with Zelda:Twilight Princess and Paper Mario: The 1000 year door. All I have to do is pass my exams, finish FF XII, Okami and Super Mario Sunshine.
I'm glad to hear you rate it so highly. I've read mixed reviews but I was still pretty much determined to get it. I ended up importing it from the States because it was selling for £40 over here. I can't justify spending that sort of money on games any more, so it's second hand and US imports all the way.

and I would really like to play through Resident Evil 4 again as well.

Oh well, back to the books...

Hey Tim...
Do you have a PSP?
Check out 'crush' that comes out this month maybe?
