72"Children Underground" and "Body Without Soul"/"Not Angels But Angels"; atom-smashingly bleak.

"The Video Diary of Ricardo Lopez"[/url] (link is to the full movie) is roughly 70 minutes of confessional home videos shot by the man who tried to kill Bjork. Surely too fucked-up to witness for some, but definitely hit me hard.

73I'll plump for:
- Salesman
- Crumb
- My Best Fiend
- Gimme Shelter
- Hella: Concentration Face
What about when he was describing the headquarter of crocodiles and how they keep their gobs open to let the ants in. After Entebbe, he could've easily got a job replacing David Attenborough as THE BBC wildlife man, with his amazing 'insights' into the animal kingdom.
I'm amused by his speech to the doctors ("You cannot be trusted if you are a drunkard doctor" or something like that), and when one of the doctors launches into his speech...you can just imagine good 'ole Idi asking for his name and telling the guards "you got that? Go 'round to his house tonight..."
The interview with Barbet Schroeder is really cool as well. Think about it: the director of Single White Female being responsible for two deaths in Uganda ("Maybe the editor switched the picture" "Ah! It's the editor!").

I don't think it was the best documentary I have watched, but still...
I watched this when it was on TV a few years ago...
The guy you've linked to has amongst his youtube videos footage of a "horse's vulva winking".

The BBC's recent Tropic of Capricorn series was ace and deserved more than 4 episodes. Unusual topic but it genuinely fascinating:

Similarly Coast was a simple concept which justified paying the licence fee:

78Maybe it's not the best, but I'm digging the hell out of it:
TV Party: The Documentary
See what public access was like in NYC in the 80's. Lots of interesting stuff to be seen here.

I just watched this last night in my Middle East History class, it was top-notch, I left the classroom completely enraged.
