Series 3 of The Repair Shop, a BBC series where a barnful of craftsmen and -women repair and refurbish various items. A bit too much filler: the show could do with more footage of the actual work, but still quite enjoyable.
I love this show but on USA Netflix there’s only the first season

There's only one season on USA Netflix, but from what I can tell, it's the third season, not the first, at least as of 14 August 2021.

I hate hippies but… Monterey Pop was really enjoyable. It’s on Criterion Channel and HBO Max.

Sorry if I’m repeating, I couldn’t figure out how to search the thread in my current state.

Val on Prime, Val Kilmer's self-directed documentary comprised of his own footage, is not something I would have expected to be necessary viewing but it was pretty touching. A lot of it grapples with his post throat cancer life (he has to speak through one of those boxes) and that his best days are probably behind him.

Can't wait to watch this, probably gonna do it tonight.

Leos Carax's follow up to Holy Motors, the crazy sounding Sparks written musical Annette drops on Prime tomorrow, CANNOT WAIT.

It was a big hit in our house as well, especially for the kids as they watched dad geek out at the D&D scenes and references. "Hey, I did that!" *eyeroll*

Damn, Letterkenny is the song of my people.

Apple have a six-part series on various aspects of sound, called 'Watch the Sound'.

Warning: It is fronted by Mark Ronson, who is fucking insufferable.

It was decent enough though. The last two episodes ('Drum Machines' and 'Distortion') were terrible, but the first four had their moments.
