Tycho Brahe made it. He had a fake nose. He was a Badass Astronomer.

I have a black neck through epiphone one, its a pretty great guitar, but I have always had jack issues with it...
I love the 3 pickups you can blend.

Since they provided this picture:

see this schematic here online.
For about $50 and a few hours of headache you could pretty much build your own and save yourself $1950.

buy-it-now over $2k, for a *stomp box* and 1 "best offer". I'm guessing it's ab eBay Funny Guy, like me, who offers $315 with a message like "man, you got stellar crack, up where you're at!" or something. What're the odds it sells? And what're the odds that if it sells, it's legit and not a shill account trying to establish a *stomp box* as worth a zillion dollars?
Only prices on eBay that mean jack shit are completed sale prices, and even there only if there's some reasonably-well-established history of such sale prices. Even with a completed sale, if it's only one, it's nothing worth assigning any meaning to.
*Especially* if it's some NY shop.

WHY? Who would ever pay that much for a pedal? You could have so many numerous other things that are superb for the price of ONE effect. I would want to punch someone in the face for buying that.
Sonic youth would prob buy that, if they didn't have 10 of them now, just because they could and they collect gear and horde it.
DUMB

i actually bought a guitar from this place once. it's a 1953 epiphone hollow body that they were having trouble getting rid of. they wanted $850 for it (which for a 50's guitar with any sort of a brand name... i'd say they weren't that far off) and i got it for 500.
my point being, i think they're one of those "boutique" type shops. If they're trying to sell it for 2 grand.... it might actually be worth 1000.... but that's still pretty mind blowing. what does this thing even do??

i was thinking along those lines too... and if it seemed like a really cool pedal i might even try..... but i STILL don't even know what it does (i suppose i could just google it...)!
it looks like there's a transformer (i think??) in there though..... perhaps that's where all the value is??
