Amp sounds similar to an 80's JCM 800 50 watt (I have one of those too just not in the pic). Had the Bugera for about 7 months and have not had any problems with the amp. I bought it on new on a whim for $425.00 (with matching 2x12 cab) after messing around with at the store. Its no way near as loud as my fender twin or my Vox but it has a good overall sound though. bunch of my friends want them and I haven't scratched the surface of co-workers so I'm pretty determined to get these ordered this week
