According to the brochure:

i read a blurb from gibson that says one of the advantages is that you can have different levels of distortion for each string of the guitar. i guess thats better for some reason.

this is obviously for people who want that incubus-esque, "zero-gravity," pristine guitar sound. thumbs way down. CRAP.

I'm just really happy to see that someone finally found a use for the ruggedized RJ-45 jack that Neutrik makes (in the Canon/XLR barrel for those that didn't notice).

I've been trying to find a use for those for some time now, but could not find justification for it on any of my projects. It looks cool though.

Looks like Neutrik will be inventing some award to give to Gibson too....
