It is a Series I, and from the lack of LED meters, I'd say it is an early one. Probably hardwired rather than modular. If you can get it cheap and don't mind working on it as a project, it could ultimately be a nice sounding little desk.

It will be all un-balanced except the mic inputs. The potential noise problems come from the unbalanced inputs, but if you're careful about wiring you can make a dead quiet system with any Neotek console.
