Booker T & The MGs...worked with anybody who was anybody back in the day...a part of Stax...gave Steve Cropper his start...

A bit of a lazy and superficial post on my part, but appropriately, CRAP is not a choice...a no-brainer.

Agreed, except for the uninspired covers they did, which just seem to be filler on their albums ... "Twist & Shout," "Get Ready," "Groovin'" etc. Only thing I'd say about that though, is if there's any band that should be allowed to put filler on their albums it's these guys considering how busy they were...
