Well if we have to follow the rules, I'm going with Cave. He's been more consistently satisfying on a musicular level than the others.

I like all three a lot, but I'm going with Cave.
I like Nick Lowe, but haven't really kept up with his music for years.
I like Nick Drake, but he checked out too early.
I have consistently liked virtually everything Nick Cave has done over the years, and one of the best shows I have ever seen was him and the Bad Seeds at the Chicago theatre about 5 or six years ago.
