I know many of you here love to cook and at least a few of you are connoisseurs of the spicy, so I was wondering: what do you think is the best commercial hot sauce?
All the poll options are popular brands available in the USA but if you have a favorite that isn't listed here, please mention it.

I'm a big fan of Cholula for straight up hot sauce.
If I want something with a thicker consistency to substitute ketchup, I'll go with the rooster.
I'm not a huge fan of Tabasco, but their garlic flavor is good.

Blair's is way tasty if you are like me and want to make consumption a challenge. I also have to go out of my way to get it.
I love Tobasco on eggs and the occasional slice.
Cholula is a great all-around hot sauce.
Tobasco, honestly. Very sharp and somewhat intense.

Taste-wise, I'd go with Frank's extra hot.

I am a situation specific hot sauce guy-
Texas Pete for fried chicken (both hot and cold) and pork chops.
Pho gets Sriracha.
Raw oysters get both classic tabasco and horseradish.
I like the green tabasco on thai food and fried fish.
I make my own vinegar sauce for collards, turnip greens, cabbage and mustard greens. It's also good on fried fish.
BBQ is a whole other world of sauces.

I have been all about the Chipotle Tabassco as of late. I also like the green. I am about flavor, not heat.
