I am in the exact same boat. Laundry day...nothing clean. Here's the really sad part...I have a washer/dryer in my fucking house! Man, I'm lazy. Another thing I'm guilty of, is throwing a load in the washer, and forgetting to put it in the dryer so it sits in the washer for like 3 days, then I have to wash it again. Sweet fucking christ I'm lazy. But tonight...I wash!

This is why I own 80 pairs of socks. Even with excessive sock ownership, this laundry affliction runs so strongly in me that I have washed a pair of socks in the sink and put them on the radiator to dry for the next day instead of doing a load of laundry.

Why do I hate laundry so much? What did it ever do to me except give me fluffy towels and socks that don't smell?

i like doing laundry. i just don't like putting it away afterwards. therefore, my laundry basket becomes my drawer, and my floor then becomes my laundry basket.

Laundry? What is this laundry you speak of? Hmmm...that must be one of those things that my wife does.

Which reminds me...where's my food?!?

And get me a beer too.

doude.

I need to wash the clothes.

It is 20 degrees and snowing.

I must walk six blocks, and pay money. Maybe even seven dollars. This seven dollars does not fold neatly into my wallet. No. I must carry and carry in quarter form as the change machine is broken at my washing establishment. My belt does not fit the only clean pair of pants I have, and these quarters, they drag my pants down. Far enough that local beer hounds taking a break from watching 2U (the U2 cover band that plays at the bar in between my house and the laundromat on Tuesday night) to have a cigarette can have a jeer at the crest of frozen anus.

I hate 2U.

I hate frozen anus.

I hate jeers at frozen anus from 2U fans.

I too have problems staying on top of my laundry.

Laundry is such bad karma.
