has anybody seen his cameo as sleazy gambler in _hard eight_, in which he keeps drunkenly hailing the protagonist "big time?" it satisfies me. i wish i had someone like that around me all of the time.

Yes, great actor and very funny. His performances can even shine turds like "...Polly".

If you haven't seen Love Liza, he is incredible in the lead. His wife leaves him a suicide note and he is afraid to read it. Then he huffs gas and gets way into remote control airplanes. Great film. Great acting. Kathy Bates plays the mother in law. PSH is one of the best actors in the business these days.

Flawless shouldn't go unmentioned either. Great to see him with De Niro. And great to see De Niro making a proper fucking film for a change.
