Mosrite & Hi Flier owners

Hi!

I recently got one of a Danelectro The 64

- so NOT a HF or Mosrite, but the same shape - and I need to get a hard case for it. I asked the PRF FB group what kind of case would fit, and Jazzmaster/Jaguar came up. Can anyone who's actually got one confirm what size is most likely to fit? I can't find a shop that's got one in stock that'd let me come in and check if it fits.

Ta!

If they do, I can't find one anywhere on the internet, and even if I could, getting it to the UK would be prohibitively expensive.

I can find Jazzmaster/Jag cases for £50/£60 quite easily. Might just get one and see if it fits, but if it doesn't, it's a pain in the arse. I've got a JM, but I don't need a hard case for it. Being a JM/Tele person, I'm fine with them in gig bags but I just worry about the Dano's headstock in a gig bag.

It's probably beefier/bigger than what you want/need, but I've got an EGC with a Mosrite/Hi-Flier style body and it came with one of the open cavity SKB iSeries guitar cases and fits just fine. Plenty of extra room if I need to put in any pedals, cables, etc.

Yeah, I presumed they meant a more "open" non-specific cavity case than a moulded one, but just that Fender-style offsets are longer than Strats and Teles. I've taken a gamble on a Gator offset case like this from someone who lives 10 mins walk from my house

Will report back. If it doesn't fit, either I have a hard case for my JM (which I don't really need) or will just move it on.
