I bought King Of The Road based on the strength of the album cover, and have not been disappointed by any single release. There are few bands I can solidly get behind for nearly all of their recorded output; Fu is one of them. They do what they do and they do it well. Cars, girls, surf, and stickin' it to the man.

Always loved them live. Never quite hit me the same on record, but comfortably NC.

I saw them some years ago at the Triple Rock. It was a makeup gig on a Sunday night, maybe about 100 people there. They were rock solid and totally pro. "What do you wanna hear? Yell it out, we know 'em all."

Never crap, but I don't listen much anymore. Great album covers too.

Would see them live though.

In Search of was my first exposure. Bought it for the album cover.

A bit of a guilty pleasure for me. The Eatin' Dust ep is the best thing they did, followed by King of the Road. Big dumb riffy NC!

Fu plays Godzilla the way it was meant to sound.

I knew nothing by them when I saw them at Psycho Las Vegas five years ago, they impressed me.

I felt the same way about the closely-linked Nebula.

I got In Search Of when it came out and ironed the iron on that came with the LP to a black tank top I wore when I was skinny. I really like that record.

I saw them I think with Clutch in Boston at Axis sometime in the 1990’s. The years 94-98 are very fuzzy to me because all I did was go to shows, play music, work and party with my music and work friends because I was 21-25. But it was in that span sometime.
