PRF comrade Beth Tuba is in this group. More composed and accessible than some of the free jazz bonk you may associate Vandermark with. I particularly dig the shag carpet-y electric piano.

Pennington, agreed on that album. I really love it a lot. Reminds me ever-so-slightly of Ken's album with Konstrukt called Kozmik Bazaar. They're BONKS live, too. Lily Finnegan is a singular drummer, truly.

New Arcwelder. what fuckin' year is it. I don't even think I was looking for this but it's pretty enjoyable!

Hot damn! Didn't expect to see this today!

Haven't heard or seen much from this year, nothing advertised I'm particularly looking forward to, none of my faves are cooking something that I know of.

Except I'm hoping of course that Internet Islands will whip something together, and Towa Bird is also awaited. The all-Spanish Kali Uchis has got too much of that reggeaton.

Didn't expect the Ariana Grande single to be this good though.

But oh, this is good.

So eerie because I knew I had heard it before even though it says it was uploaded just the other day. But it's new upload of a month-old song.

Anyway they're doing an album in April.

Ooh, this too. Don't know what it is at all, but they'll be doing their first album in late feb.
