Which version of the KISS song can you stand/do you prefer?

Melvins.

I had no idea it’s a cover.

Melvins recorded this song at the right time in their career. Probably the second guitar solo I ever learned by myself.

KISS, then Melvins, then Dramarama, then Dinosaur Jr. I haven't heard the others.

Not the deteriorating vision thread I expected. I will take my spectacles elsewhere!

Awful song, every version fucking blows. Kiss sucks, and 85% of Melvins music sucks.

I love the Melvins version, but that is basically Gene's crowning achievement.

That version is brilliant because it is an "Is This An Andy Kaufman Thing?..." version of a Gene Simmons number.

I can get a laugh, and it works on a "Meta..." level.
