Alice Cooper kind of sucks too, for what it’s worth. Michael Bruce was the real creative force in the Alice Cooper Group, and he’s never done anything but shit without them. Lot of good stuff early on though.
Alice Cooper most certainly does not suck! And neither does his solo material, but you definitely have a point starting at Zipper Catches Skin and onward.

I think AC had Lou Reed's former band on The Alice Cooper Show, and they gave a mean performance. The original band was the best, though.

I'm voting for Rob Zombie to encourage his musical efforts and keep him well away from the director's chair.
He also seems like like a much better person than Mr Manson.

If we're going strictly on musical output, I vote Manson, because I still really like Antichrist Superstar. His screaming voice makes me laugh at times. I liked Mechanical Animals at the time as well, but I haven't listened to it in years, and I don't know if it holds up. I stopped following him after that.
RZ and WZ are more 'fun' in a monster movie kind of way though.
My Mom likes 'Dragula'.

White Zombie was a fun, trashy noise rock band up to but not including Make Them Die Slowly. So that's what, a four-year run? And Rob Cummings was a huge part of that.
Marilyn Manson, at its best, is a croaking amalgam of the lowest-common-denominator parts of goth, metal, glossy "alternative rock," and industrial dance music. No.
To be fair, I haven't heard anything either of these clowns has crapped out since the late 1990s. But I'm going w/Zombie.

MM never appealed to me. Too contrived, tried too hard, all manufactured nihilism.
I also remember watching White Zombie on the Jon Stewart show (when it was on the WB network), and noting that he was sucking air just to get through the song.
No vote, though Zombie does get a couple points for the God Of Thunder EP.

Rob Zombie because at least he seems like he knows his band is a Halloween band
HOw many videos can a dude make where he pretends to drive a hot rod in front of a green screen.

My Mom likes 'Dragula'.
My sister sings the entire chorus to Dragula every time she hears a car peal out or rev it's engine at a light. It is a good joke that has lasted for 20 years.

Respect to anyone who knows their catalogs well enough to have cast an objective vote.

I'm very on the record that I genuinely like La Sexorcisto a lot, just a great, really dumb record with riffs and grooves.
The pre-major label White Zombie stuff is interesting in spots, unlistenable in others, and their worst record of that era is when they went metal. Rare case of a band that got actively better when they signed to a major!
MM...even in high school I thought that shit was stupid. There's a good riff every now and then I guess, but no interest in revisiting any of that now, and Brian Warner is a horrible, horrible person.
"Dragula" is also hilarious, and I think Zombie's films up through and including the Halloween reboots all have their moments.
