I have a lomo 19a18 that is exhibiting a hi frequency buzzing sound that increases with preamp gain. does anyone know where i could take it to get repaired?

you could go with a modern 18" bass speaker like an emminence delta or some such thing but i would look for a JBL alnico magnet speaker ike the K-151.

8 years or so ago my first band had a tape reviewed in a 'zine by that guy from tulleycraft. "these songs sound like a bunch of pete krebs throw aways". i have never heard a pete krebs keeper much less a throw away. He might be bummed if he ever heard our tape.

you could buy new pickups,try heavier strings, try flatwound strings,use heaviar pick, strum near the neck, buy a different amp, buy a different guitar, turn your tone knob, change the cap on your tone knob, get new hands,

I have a 74 azure blue 4001. i think the only thing crap is having to remove the bridge/saddle unit while intonating the damn thing.
