I find it interesting. And the technological battles are pretty
sophisticated. Of course, you can only get it on the Speed Channel, so that limits exposure in the U.S.
If I may play around with the topic's title:
Waste of dough/not a waste of dough?

5Not a waste of dough, in the least.
Road America has Vintage Formula One races, occasionally.

You can run your own car on the tracks for $50.00, too.
They call it "touring".

6Yes, I was just at Road America for the American LeMans race, which is also interesting, although the Speed Challenge races attached to the series were even better, as they use a real "grand prix" start from a dead stop. Now that requires some driving skills.
As Chicagoans on these electrical forum surely know, Road America is really more of a Chicago track than a Wisconsin track, but historically and in the present. The Tribune supports many of the races with real dollars. Imagine, if you will, the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel supporting that big flyover
you have down there every summer. Similar deal, as this is a small state filled with tiny people.
Rog must be the Rog I was in a band with way back when, huh?
