1. i would lose my voice in the begining. it took me a while before i could control my voice and get the sound i wanted with out having to scream as hard. it didnt really hurt and i never had to have surgery for nodes or whatever.

2. i was pretty quiet. i dont think anyone knew i could talk my first years of high school let alone scream.

3.my band was pretty fucking loud so they never actually heard me until we recorded in a studio.

4. ummm al johnson in shorty, david yow of course and nick sakes of dazzling killmen. i was more influenced by singers who didnt scream though. kinda like ian McCulloch in echo and the bunnymen. a louder angrier and more drunk version of course.
