To me part of being a prude is when you judge someone based upon their 'bedroom' preferences - whatever they may be.
Words like 'skank'/'slut' etc show you're judging (unless they're part of the ''bedroom' preferences' of course).
Why anyone would be at all bothered by anyone else's fetishes is totally beyond me.
Unless they've just asked if they can shit on you of course.
In which case I would say a refusal is not to be considered prudish.
Actually the true "judgmental" people tend to be the hypocritcal politicians who try to legislate and make public cries against things like homosexual ass fucking etc... they are often not prudes at all, just closeted predators and bathroom hook up creeps etc... like the D.C. congressional page scandal, larry craig etc..
Also this idea that some people think they are too good to judge because they critique the use of "slut" etc.. is a bunch of high horse bullshit. I'm not saying you should run around calling everyone you think is a slut a slut, but you are putting slut in the same category as the N word, and I don't think it even comes close.
99% of the time I hear a woman being called a slut, she says "thanks" afterwards.
