Common Dreams.org. Frequently the comments are worthwhile, but often there are so many I can't take the time to read all of them.

There is a popular UK dvd/games/etc site called Play.com that i swear only has user reviews written by either 12 year olds, or people with a very small IQ. It really makes me angry when i'm trying to get some cheap movie ordered.

However, here is maybe the only example of this phenomena being a good thing, that i have ever come across. The user reviews combined with the comments on the reviews make for some solid gold entertainment.

in contrast, metafilter.com comment section is consistently solid and good.

youtube has some of the most ignorant comments I've ever read. pisses me off really, and sorta of depressing.
