4My guess is $220 is a typo, because $22 sounds like the real going rate, unless they are including a new diaphragm with that refoam kit.

6For a re-foam kit, or a send in repair? seems absurd to send in an RE20 to have $20 of new foam put in it. It's extremely easy to do. Anyway, you can get that shit on Ebay, or Full Compass. 7Yeah, I had a PL-20 that I replaced the capsule on with a RE-20 a long time ago and the foam was around that price. It's very easy to do like the ex Japanaman says, just don't drop that screw that holds the male XLR in place inside the housing.
