Re: Power Amp Recommendation

I did the 400rb effects return thing before, but wanted to get a standalone power amp that would be lighter for my easy-to-carry rig. Ended up with one of the Crown Pro XLS power amps and it's been great with my Meatsmoke preamp.

One nice thing about the 400rb thing though is if something happens with your preamp, you can just plug straight into the amp and be good to go.

Which Crown did you go for?

Ended up getting this one and definitely has enough volume for my band, but could see someone going up to the next level model with more wattage on hand if they're playing against full stacks: https://www.crownaudio.com/en/products/xls-1502
