Architect here.

Even just from a purely practical perspective a provision of gender neutral bathrooms in public institutions makes sense.

Ever noticed the phenomenon of long lines for women’s bathrooms during busy times while guys are just wandering in to take a leak? That’s actually a design problem. More multi use stalls equals more pee time for the ladies.

How this got turned into a bickering match over a tiny minority of society that present a different gender than their biology is nuts. Let folks pee in peace.

Not really, it was a spur of the moment thought.
fuck off with it.
With that said, you're right, I was being deliberately obtuse and maybe went too far with it.

I can't get past this just being hilarious. Like, ethically it's dead wrong but standing by to watch Magas lose their shit about how the president shouldn't just keep his own people out of jail.... priceless. Maybe if Joe had played a little dirtier two years ago we could have gotten some people brought to justice instead of more dodging it.

Are they upset? I would have thought they love this shit, pretty much definitive proof for the "Biden Crime Family" conspiracy set. "Crooked Joe" being guilty of everything imagined and more. This pardon hiding even more nefarious goings-on.
Joe would have better off just falling on his sword and playing the sympathy card about not wanting to lose a second son. Even better delivered in a meandering video message filled with his signature senior-moments. Or better yet just rolled this in as part of the Turkey pardons.
Otherwise this seemed like a foregone conclusion. My only "what-if?" thought is whether he would have sacrificed Hunter had he won the election. Biblically speaking, I think he'd have been obligated.

He's been 100% used as a political pawn....but "targeted unfairly" might be a stretch. That guy was a privileged train-wreck with a golden parachute, so lets do save the victim card for somebody more deserving. I think that's actually the worst part of that statement. The presumption that he believes in the justice system emphatically, except for this one case, where it is actually unfair.
