Hey ya'll

I recently acquired a 402 from a closing down voice over studio (part of the Steve Irwin The Crocodile Hunters vocal chain) and I've been
removing all the conductive rubber and replacing with heatshrink. Upon powering up everything seems to be behaving save for one of the bypass lamps

I have found the lamp to be a 24 volt 20mA 4.5X16.5mm Miniature Telephone Slide Lamp, but am unsure of how to get in there. These barrels I've not seen before and they don't seem to unscrew. Seeing if anyone out there has had any luck with these, as there is also more conductive rubber under here.
