I don't know, I only made it through about 15 minutes of Black Panther. Most superhero movies are trash anyway for what it's worth, but you should be able to critique art and not feel like a bad person for being unable to enjoy it. I realize there's a lot more nuance than I'm exploring here but whatever.

Sinners delivers a lot of what I hoped Lovecraft Country would be, as opposed to the generic fantasy wizard soap opera slop that HBO show rapidly became. In my brain this corrects the wrong done to Wunmi Mosaku, who did her best to elevate Lovecraft Country.
