I think Gretsch stopped making guitars for a while and Gibson picked up the slack?

Ted Woodford goes into it in this video I think:

That's my guitar right there. Ted lives/works a few blocks away from me.
He's ace. He is, I think, the only person whose "content" I watch every week. The entire internet, and he wins. I am never going to attempt a fraction of what he does, but I love his manner, and that he really knows his stuff without being a dick about it. It's an oasis of calm and good sense.

As I write this I'm about to head over to his place to pick up a parlor guitar that he's setting up for high strugn/Nashville tuning. Its an unbelievable gift to have him as my local tech.

The Rat part sounds great, the boost sounds great (and seems to keep low end well, better than other boosts I've tried for bass), and the octave is cool to add in when needed. Basically can now use this on my board with just a tuner and I'm good to go.
Agreed.
