There's a cool scene in Brattleboro. Sunburned Hand of the Man and all of the peripheral bands. You'll also be a short drive from Amherst/Northampton. I'll be out that way at the end of July.

Yeah, seems to be an interesting experimental scene here. I went to a show at Epsilon Spires in Brattleboro last night. What an incredible venue! It’s an old and ornate Baptist church turned into a performance space. I saw Julian Calv play a bunch of Moondog pieces, along with some original stuff. Crazy cool show. The sound in that venue was amazing.

Roger from Burma lives right outside of Brattleboro. I don’t know if he has played at Epsilon Spires before, but I’d love to see him do his dream interpretations there. Hoping to run into him today at the No Kings protest.

Tropical Fuck Storm is playing at the Stone Church in September.

I was walking around town the other night, around 10:30. Quite a few people high as giraffe balls wandering around or lurking in the shadows. It was both strange and amusing.
