SKWM - Chop House
I’ll look for you!

I’ll be the idiot in the red t-shirt that says “Volo”.
Gratis name tags will be available (unless we run out).
I am considering being “that guy” and wearing my old SKWM shirt. Think it would be funny if everybody that could would do the same.

as of this afternoon, the tolono show's going to be ticketed. here's the fb post from loose cobra:
Hi friends. Due to joyful and spectacular interest in the Silkworm/Dianogah show scheduled for Friday, September 26, we are making it a ticketed event...so no one who is coming from out of state has to wonder if they have a spot or not. To keep ticket fees to a minimum and to keep the whole process local, my friends at Undertow Music (the folks who book my solo touring, etc) are hosting the ticketing on their site. Sales are capped at 100 so if you're into it I'd jump on it right away. Cheers, all! -mt

DIANOGAH

Loose Cobra (Tolono IL)
Friday, September 26th, 2025

Loose Cobra is Matt Talbot from Hum's place.
Dianogah guys say it's great, I like Matt a lot, and it's conveniently on the way to Memphis, where we will play on Saturday, Sept 27th.
This show may or may not be ticketed. Matt typically just does a suggested donation thing.
Will update here as appropriate.

Of the three shows I'm attending (Weds/Thurs in Chicago, Friday in Tolono), the Loose Cobra one is the the one I'm the most hyped for. I only ever saw the Worm once, at the EMP in Seattle, a big impersonal room with weird light screens (when that shit was way way less common) behind them (see the cover of It'll Be Cool for reference), so seeing them at a 100 cap bar in an out of the way town filled with real heads sounds just about perfect.

hey y'all. I just returned one Weds and one Thurs ticket to the waitlist. SUPER bummed to miss out, tho I do have an work trip to Germany during that week, so I suppose that makes missing out a slightly easier pill to swallow.

please get some video and audio for all of us who can't make it.

My own personal t-shirt wearing schedule for the SKWM shows:

Tuesday: red Volo shirt
Thursday: my new SKWM-over-Chicago shirt
