I followed people who made awesome playlists on Spotify, and there was no interaction needed. I imagine this is an attempt to soften the blow for some kind of profile subscription model - you wanna listen to this person's playlists? That's premium tier.
i got some bad news for you...

No one has ever had a good meal at Pizza Hut. I have had Pizza Hut since the 70s, it's always sucked, even when it was the best thing available.

But, that dude is fascinating. I feel like I have seen him before. Maybe in a nightmare, or maybe I think he's Tilda Swinton. His lips don't move enough when he speaks. I'm almost obsessed.

I don't know how he says "Pizza Hut" so many times without bursting into laughter.
you have to love his commitment to the bit. he is consuming low grade trash and rating it on its own terms with impeccable manners and speech. there is no calorie counting or sugar shaming here. he takes his mountain dew baja blast like it's nectar from heaven. if you want pretentious attention seeking culinary opinions go somewhere else.
woe be upon the poor fast food corporation that takes his business for granted.

Several weeks ago, I wrote here the YouTube had been resisting enshittification a bit better than other tech companies. But now, I’m suddenly getting inundated with recommended Beatles-related content that looks a hell of a lot like it was AI generated.

I also keep getting periodic recommendations for Zappa and the Dead. I HATE Zappa and the Dead. I *never* plug them into YouTube for the very reason that I don’t want the algorithm to get excited.

But I suppose the Dead and Zappa stuff is normal shittification and not something new, as I’ve long suspected that tech dorks love that godawful music and put a finger on the algorithm’s scales to inflict it on the rest of us.
