Excited to know others are into this. I found it a few years ago, and have found listening to this and binaural beats to be helpful to my brain function. I have not had any of the more spectacular experiences but I have found that it seems to increase the creative urge and it has done something profound to my memory; I can remember things in vivid detail that I haven't recalled in years.

The Gateway founder, Robert Monroe wrote and published a series of books on his experiences and it's totally far-out awesomeness. Really weird stuff that's super compelling, as he describes all of these worlds he travels to.

For reference the Gateway Process uses 4-7hz Theta waves, and those are available as binaural beats on YT. I downloaded all of the Gateway tapes from YT a few years ago, I don't know if all of those vids are still up. I think most of the books are available as free PDF's.
