Because I also hate myself and get bored at work I got this mystery box too. I got the KM84 clone. That's fine. It's a decent sounding SDC for $250. I'll use it on a snare or something. 2 Other friends also got WA84's and one got a 87 copy (pretty much everyone at work hopped on this out of curiosity / boredom which is a good deal. Warm mics are Chinese clones, but of the Chinese clones I have, they are not too bad.

I have been an absolute pervert for late 80's MIDI Accompaniment synths lately. They are terrible, and a boatload of fun. I just added a Korg SuperSection PSS60 to the family and can't wait to use it and the Roland CE30 in sync. It's going to be like if John Carpenter did the theme song for ALF. It's going to be gross, and I can't wait.

This is what the Korg gets up to:

My next target is some sort of Solton Disco machine. Holler if you got a line on one of those.

2 50 watt 8ohm eminence mesa black shadows - they work, they were $70 for the pair and it was a 10 min drive from the house. I have an unloaded 2x12 that needed some inhabitants, so here we go.

I think the cab cost me $50 unloaded, but wired, so all in $120 for is plus a little leg work ain't too bad. I like 2x12's - underrated IMO. I think I have 4 of them in total now.
