Right there with FM DrAwkward - I am resisting bifocals like crazy, but my little depth-window of clarity is getting smaller every day….
You don't need big frames. Try progressives--they work fine on smaller lenses, though some people evidently are irritated by them. i love 'em.
Gunna have to.. I currently have 2 pairs, one for up close work and one for far away stuff, and it's irritating me no end..

Last year I had a really bad bout of back pain that would not go away. My usual solution to this was to go get a vigorous massage to really sink it in, and it’d feel better like two days later. Not so much this time.

It’s been so bad I got a referral from my doctor for physical therapy. The exercises I learned did help quite a bit… when I remember to do them. Thankfully the back pain comes and goes, as opposed to the two week to 1 month span where it just felt like it was broken in half all the time.

Beyond that, most of my signs of aging appear to be manifesting in white hairs and having to resist throwing around the contents of my wallet whenever I’m in a store’s cookware section. No, Chris, you do not need another stainless steel pan.

Is BIPAP usage another indicator of aging?

It takes time to get used to them, but they are always a little inconvenient. Beats not being able to read.

Speaking of glasses, I've gotten so tired of pushing them up, that I got some stoppers on the arms to hold them to my ears, which are hairy and have hearing damage in the high frequencies with asymmetric stereo imaging.
