Just get another person and make it less of a circus act.
Music also very derivative somehow.
I was impressed by the live looping because IMO it doesn't slow things down or make it stiff. Maybe the clip you was was different than the ones I've watched but I thought they made it feel as natural as possible and I had to check several times to see which was being looped and which was being played.

As far as being derivative, I have been describing them as a stripped-down Secret Chiefs 3 with a tiny sprinkle of Lightning Bolt, so call that derivative if you will. I'm sure there are some other bands and musicians who have mined similar territory but I'm not familiar with them.

I'll tell you what, this stuff kicks the shit out of Goose and Tropical Fuck Storm and all the other NPR-approved contemporary art rock bands I've heard recently.

Yeah I think it anything the camera focusing on the pedal stomps added unnecessary attention to it. I appreciated that he’s looping guy with a mostly dry sound. But mask bands are always going to be ridic, no way around it.

I like that the weird little smatterings of vocals were so sparsely applied.

They kind of sound like one of those road dog bands that show up and blow everybody away, best night ever, then you put on their record the next day and it just kind of is what it is.

That being said… I DO think they should get a fuckin bass player christ. The looping thing is tight but they could really do something special.
