Yes, that is I think the nut in neo-feudalism: make people so reliant on having to work that their only choice is their own enslavement. It's a natural evolution from capitalism, a much more aggressive version than what we have now. Instead of being trapped in your job because of healthcare, they'll take away that expense and just make it that if you don't take the shit wages you're offered, you'll die in the streets. Obviously, Republicans will fall in line no matter what, but among the voices calling for a 25th amendment solution are Candace Owens, Alex Jones, and Marjorie Taylor Greene. Tucker Carlson and Ron Johnson have also apparently made similar remarks.
