Bacon, cooked to perfection, all greasy and fatty, sandwiched between some nice thick white bread smothered with butter and barbecue sauce is the single most amazing thing on the planet.
I can't believe bacon AND sausages come from the same animal, the're both so great.

Real Ham - is that the same as "Country Ham" - that shit is good shit.

Best bacon so far: Sunday Brunch @ Stein Erickson Lodge, Deer Valley, UT. Happened to be during sundance film festival.

Even the best ham cannot hold a candle to a really good bacon.

But I do love country ham with redeye gravy and biscuits.

I've found a brand of bacon, Nueske's Applewood Smoked Bacon, in at least one store in the Chicago area. Best bacon I've ever had.

I saw that but I couldn't pull the trigger on it. Maybe it was the packaging. Maybe it was the 2-fer sale on another brand.

I like bacon sandwiches with bacon instead of bread. With a nice warm glass of bacon, then going outside and having a steaming cup of bacon with my morning cig.

With this kind of diet, the doc sez I should have been dead 20 years ago, but the chemical preservatives have somehow kept me alive, if not healthy. I have the liver of a 90 year old sterno bum, and my veins have taken new unforseen routes, but I can still rip the Misfits t-shirt off of a 22 year old hipster dork.
