Recommend Some " Quiet" Bands

Perusing the link in the Wikipedia list of Albini credits thread reminded me of some of my favorite "not so loud" recordings over the years. Now I am interested in hearing more. Looking at the credit list (as well as the Band List) I realize I haven't heard the majority of Electrical-related albums. So I turn to my fellow board members for help in narrowing the list.

Can you can suggest some of your favorite loosely Electrical-related "not so loud" recordings? To be clear, I'm not looking for a list specific to Steve, or stuff that is only recorded at Electrical, but anything that shares general similarities. For reference, a list of album that I lump into the "not so loud" category:

Joel RL Phelps and the Downer Trio - 3
Rachel's - Music for Egon Schiele
Bonnie "Prince" Billy & Matt Sweeney - Superwolf
songs: ohia - ghost tropic (this is the only album I have, what others do I need?)
Low - Secret Name
Dirty Three - Ocean Songs

I just moved, and winter is coming on strong, so I forsee hours refiling my records and patching cables. It would be nice to have a few new albums to listen to while I toil.

Thanks.

The End Is Near - The New Year, you know that one already. The For Carnation's LP is a stone classic too.

Slightly away from the fold but still highly recommended:

The Dead Texan - beautiful, sun-baked melancholy. I've been listening a lot to this lately.

Also call me crazy but I think Mark Hollis' solo album has a lot in common with the 'quieter' records you mention. An unforced, almost perfectly natural recording of acoustic instruments that could have quite easily been made at EA.
