Re: What records did you buy while the PRF was down?

I missed out on 'The Beatles + Esher Demos' 4LP boxset a few years back, imagine my surprise to find one recently stocked at my local Wal-Mart for $49.99. Apparently sometime in April, copies appeared at Wal-Marts all around the country with no announcement from looking at the discussion on its Discogs page. If you want a brand new one for yourself at that price, now might be your only chance.

I also ordered Ryler Walker - 'Course in Fable' on LP last month, still waiting on its arrival.

Oh God, way too many to list. Discogs.com should give me a preferred customer platinum card or something. Here's a quick top-of-my-head sample of LPs:

Coriky
Armand Schaubroeck - Ratfucker & Live At The Holiday Inn
Soft Machine - 1st Album & Vol. 2 (reissues)
Sugar - Copper Blue & Beaster (Merge reissue)
Randy Holden - Population II (reissue, signed by Mr. Holden)
Stalk-Forrest Group - St. Cecilia
PJ Harvey - Rid Of Me (reissue)
NoMeansNo - Tour EPs 1 & 2 & You Kill Me
Guided By Voices - Mag Earwhig! (reissue)
Elvis Presley - Having Fun With Elvis On Stage

and many more.
Plus about 175 45s.

Between Bandcamp Fridays, missing record stores, and working remotely from my kitchen where my turntable is conveniently located, I went ham.

Picked up stuff from PRFriends: Nonagon, The Tunnel, Vacancy Chain, Mayor For Life, OUT, sewingneedle, and The Cell Phones.
Filled out my discographies from Xenia Rubinoos, Ten Kens, Golden, and Jaga Jazzist.
Reissues from Triple Fast Action, Vitreous Humor, Stillwell, and The Dismemberment Plan.
XTC's Nonsuch also finally got reissued, and I had been trying to track that down for years.
Royal Canoe played an outdoor concert using instruments and samples made from ice in January of 2020, and I foolishly thought at the time that it was going to be the biggest thing I missed out on for the year. They ended up putting out a documentary and an EP called Glacial that features live recordings.
Also finally hit up Discogs for Septober Energy by Centipede. 50 piece jazz/progressive rock band from '71 produced by Fripp. Have loved it for years, but had never seen it in the wild.
Drums for Cmn ineed yr hlp.
Attempts at learning a DAW here.
